Awe, the profound “All About Us” page. We sometimes wonder how many people actually read this page. So to make sure we don’t bore you with stupendous masses of information, we decided for those that actually read this wealth of information will be rewarded.

American Facility Services emerged many years ago from a company once called Fresh Cut Lawn Service. This juvenile company was created to pave the way while obtaining a college education to its founder.

This is another American dream story but we will give you the abridged version.

The founder borrowed $3,000 from his father in 1993 and the only service offered was residential landscaping. Near the end of 1995 annual sales were just over a million dollars. Let’s back track, in the beginning of 1995 the company entered the commercial sector offering a few commercial services such as parking lot sweeping, building maintenance and pressure washing services. In five (5) short years the company walked away from the landscaping world and began to focus on commercial facility service.

Today American Facility Services provides many of its services throughout the state of Florida. Over the years AFS has become well respected within its’ industry. To this day, the founder of AFS is heavily involved measuring key indicators on a daily basis making sure that client expectations are being delivered.
